Integrated service blitz successfully held at Kwa-Masiza flats
"The goal is to make services easier, faster, and more person-centered for the people using them."
SEBOKENG.- On Thursday, May 21, the Sebokeng police, together with different stakeholders, successfully held an ‘Integrated Service Blitz Programme which was aimed at educating the community about GBVF, substance abuse, youth development skills, registration of NPOs/ NGOs and the collaborative efforts in improving service delivery.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane said that the Integrated Service Delivery is a way of organising the public so that the different departments, organisations, or programs work together.

“The goal is to make services easier, faster, and more person-centered for the people using them. Instead of making you repeat your story to multiple offices and deal with separate processes for SAPS, Health, Welfare, Education, etc, integrated service delivery coordinates those services around your needs. It’s defined as “integrating, coordinating, and/or collaborating among the different services targeted at individual citizens.”

Mokhachane said that Brigadier Thembekile Kubone appreciated the initiative and thanked the community of Kwa-Masiza Flats for their continuous support.
