OneTime continues to transform lives through community outreach programmes

"Love, Service, Equality."

SEBOKENG. – OneTime, a community-based organisation made up of dedicated individuals committed to bringing meaningful and lasting change to vulnerable communities is transforming lives of the ordinary community members in Sedibeng.

Guided by its slogan, “Love, Service, Equality,” the organisation continues to demonstrate that positive social impact can be achieved through collective action, compassion, and community spirit.

OneTime is a non-profit community organisation comprised of passionate volunteers who dedicate their time, resources, and energy towards improving the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged community members.

Through various community outreach programmes, OneTime provides practical support to vulnerable families, children, and the elderly. The organisation focuses on addressing immediate community needs while promoting long-term social well-being and human dignity.

Since the beginning of 2026, OneTime has undertaken several impactful initiatives, including:

– Donating furniture to a family in Polokong whose home was destroyed by fire.

– Donating blankets to residents of Thekganang Old Age Home in Beverly Hills ahead of the winter season.

– Hosting a Community Outreach Programme on June 16 in Extension 15, Sebokeng, where members shared meals with vulnerable community members and children.

– Donating school shoes and school bags to learners to support their educational journey.

OneTime seeks to expand its reach to other communities where assistance is needed.

The organisation primarily serves communities within the Sedibeng region and surrounding areas, including Polokong, Beverly Hills, and Sebokeng. OneTime seeks to expand its reach to other communities where assistance is needed.

“ Onetime believes that every individual deserves an opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and equal access to opportunities. The organisation was established to bridge social gaps and support vulnerable members of society who often lack access to essential resources. Particular emphasis is placed on supporting education among young people,” OneTime President, Muntu “Stone” Kama stated.

“We seek to ensure that as much as education is important, it is received with comfort by the young ones.”

Kama ended that OneTime is a community-driven organisation committed to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through outreach programmes, educational support, humanitarian assistance, and community development initiatives.

“The organisation operates under the guiding principles of Love, Service, and Equality, empowering communities one act of kindness at a time.”
