Who are you? Katleho Mthimkulu

What are you doing? I am a finalist in the Miss Teen Gauteng pageant.

Why? I want to inspire other young people who may have similar dreams and aspirations.

When did it begin for you? My journey in modelling began at the age of seven. What started as a young girl simply enjoying being on stage slowly grew into something that became a meaningful part of who I am.

What have you learned? Over the years, modelling has taught me so much more than how to walk a runway or pose for a camera. It has taught me confidence, discipline, resilience, and, most importantly, how to believe in myself. There have been moments of doubt and challenges along the way, but each experience has helped me grow into the person I am today.

Why? Being a finalist in the Miss Teen Gauteng pageant is another exciting chapter in my journey. I see this opportunity as more than just a title or a crown. It is a chance to use my voice, inspire other young people, and remind them that their dreams are worth pursuing, no matter how young they are.

How? I am proud of how far I have come, but I know that this is only the beginning. My journey continues, and I hope that through everything I do, I can inspire others to believe in themselves, embrace who they are, and never be afraid to dream bigger.
