SEDIBENG.- Football fans across Sedibeng are gearing up for an exciting weekend as the SAFA Sedibeng Hollywoodbets Men’s Regional League kicks off its new season across various local venues.

Following the promotion of Ben 10 FC and Boipatong FC to the ABC Motsepe League after finishing first and second on the log standings last season.

The race to find this year’s champions is wide open.

Front-runners and local favourites tipped by many to contend for the title include Moponise United, VUT FC, Metro Stars FC, and NWU Vaal FC, alongside Perfect Academy, who narrowly missed out on the title last term after enjoying a brilliant start.

With Metro Stars FC and Perfect Academy both coming close last season before Ben 10 FC and Boipatong FC secured promotion, anticipation is high to see which club will claim the ultimate honour and step up to the ABC Motsepe League this time around.
