Cyclist sustains minor injuries in serious accident

Steven Motsoeneng escaped death when he managed to jump off to the pavement and a bakkie hit his bike from behind in an accident that happened in Bophelong recently.

VANDERBIJLPARK.- The rear wheel of bike was trapped on the left front wheel of the bakkie and the the driver of the Nissan bakkie, an old man by the name of Sam Sithole, pointed out that Motsoeneng was allegedly riding his bike on the road, something that the cyclist disputed. The police and the traffic officers adviced both of them to go and open a case and file an accident report at the Vanderbijlpark Police. Motsoeneng escaped serious injury as he just sustained bruises on the hand and ribs.
