ONE person was seriously injured in an accident on the R61 near San Lameer last Saturday.

Chris Botha, spokesman for Netcare 911, said paramedics found accident debris spread over a large area.

He said that the seriously injured man was stabilised at the scene before being taken a hospital in Port Shepstone.
