Albert Frost on stage for one night only

Blues guitarist, Albert Frost, will perform in Ramsgate on May 18 at 8pm.

A familiar and respected feature of the South African blues and rock music scene, Albert Frost, will be performing at the Rocky Ridge music venue in Ramsgate for one night only on May 18 at 8pm. This will form part of his African Frost Tour. Entry fee is R100 per person.

Fans on the South Coast can look forward to an unforgettable show as Albert will perform songs such as ‘Rolling and Tumbling’, ‘Blues at Sunrise’, ‘Son of the Sun’, ‘Crawling Kingsnake’, and many more. His first love is blues, stemming from the influence of his long relationship with the Blues Broers, with whom he has performed since 1994.

The blues guitarist will also tour Swaziland, Maputo, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. His tour is supported by Concerts South Africa through the Music Mobility Fund, a funding mechanism which offers opportunities for South African musicians to undertake live music tours. After touring Africa, Albert will visit Amsterdam and North America towards the end of the year.
