More than boots will be on sale

RAMSGATE Lions will hold a car boot sale at the Ramsgate Lions Community and Recreational Centre (formerly the bowling club) on Glenmarkie Road in Ramsgate this Saturday, November 2.

Stallholders should come along at 8am to set up shop and the sale will begin at 9am. It is hoped this will be the first of regular car boot sales at this venue.

“We have been thinking about holding a car boot sale for some time and decided to go ahead this weekend. It is an exciting venture for us and all monies raised by charging each stallholder R50 will go to supporting community events in the centre,” said president, Debbie Berry.
