Cars head south

A line-up of lovely cars at Spiller's Wharf, one of last year's Sports and Specials breakfast run venues. There is a Sports and Specials car run, to various local destinations, every month.

AFTER taking a December break, Sports and Specials car enthusiasts are revving up for their first breakfast run of the new year.

Meet at Thompson Motors, Shelly Beach, this Sunday, January 19 at 8am. Cars will meander south for a sociable breakfast at a favourite Sports and Specials venue, Beaver Creek.

Anyone with a sports car, vintage, classic or contemporary, or any other interesting vehicle, is welcome to join the group. Sports and Specials is an informal, unconstituted affilliation of enthusiasts who meet for a breakfast run once a month. It is not a club, so there are no committees or membership fees. Just dust the cobwebs off your car and come along.
