Favourites take the stage at Riverbend

THE next Classics at Riverbend concert will feature two firm favourites, Sabine Baird (left), on flute, and Linor Steinhausen, on harp, at the Riverbend Conference Centre near Southbroom, on Friday, May 1, at 7pm.

Sabine is the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra’s principal flautist and Linor, its talented harpist. Their programme will include works by Bach, Mozart, Debussy and lighter items such as the St Louis Blues.

As usual, the concert will be preceded by a free wine-tasting at 6.15pm.
