Go walking in nature

THE Tony Abbott Memorial Walk will take place at the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, Beacon Hill to Clearwater on Sunday, October 19 at 8.30am for 9am.

The Pondoland Crew group and the Mzimkhulu Honorary Officers group of Ezemvelo KwaZulu-Natal Wildlife invite you join them in a choice of walks, in the magnificent

Umtamvuna Nature Reserve – either around the Beacon Hill office complex (800m) or from Beacon Hill to Clearwater (5Km.)

The grassland flowers on show closest to the office will be labelled.

Tea/coffee will be available at the start, and breakfast muffins will be on sale at the end of the short walk.

Wors or steak rolls with salads or a choice from the a la carte menu at Clearwater will be available. Contact Natalie at 083 5496710 to book.

Entrance is R40 (R20 for the education fund and R20 for the Reserve permit).

All proceeds will go towards environmental education.

Unfortunately no dogs allowed.
