IF you are struggling to give up smoking, help is at hand.

Diarise the Seventh-Day Adventist Church’s free, five-day anti-smoking clinic at Resthaven Holiday Resort in Spink Street, Shelly Beach, that will be conducted in Afrikaans by Pastor Gert and Marion Jordaan. It will be sponsored by the Shelly Beach Afrikaans Seventh-Day Adventists. There will be another clinic in English, a little later this year.

Registration will be at Resthaven on Thursday, March 12, at 6.30pm. It is very important for all those who wish to take part in the clinic to attend the registration session as it will also serve as an introduction to the programme. The actual clinic starts at Resthaven on Sunday, March 15 at 3pm. The other sessions take place from Monday, March 16 to Thursday, March 19, at 6.30pm.
