Invitation to motor the economy way

SOUTH Coast Motorcycle and Car Club is holding an economy run on Sunday, June 22 between 10.30am and 12.30pm with prize-giving at 1.30pm.

The event, which has been delayed by one week from June 15, will start and finish at Classic Cars, Margate going on down to Port Edward, then up to Izingolweni, back down to the coast to Port Shepstone and heading back to Margate. All in all this is just over a 115km. The time taken should be 1-hour 38-minutes with the start staggered from 10.30am to 11am.

Prize-giving will be at the same venue. With prizes including R1 000 in petrol vouchers as well as other exciting gifts, any car, bakkie, or motorcycle modern or classic, can take part. There will be prizes for diesel and petrol and in each category so South Coasters come along and show what you are made of. The event will end with a bring and braai.
