Melody Makers celebrate Christmas

The Mbango Melody Makers Choir is preparing for a beautiful programme of Christmas carols. Inviting all to attend are John Barrett with Kay Knowles (left) and Mariana van Tonder.

ONE of the South Coast’s loveliest annual carol singing evenings is the event hosted by the Mbango Melody Makers Choir.

This year, the popular festive season happening takes place at the Mbango Service Centre on Thursday, December 12, at 6pm.

The choir will present a beautiful programme of carols, old and new, and all those much-loved happy Christmas songs. This year, some imaginative new arrangements of old favourites will add a special sparkle to the evening.

There is no entry fee but a silver collection will be taken. All money collected will go to the fund set up to upgrade the hall. Everyone is welcome.
