Munster holds first Carols by Candlelight

MUNSTER will hold its first ‘Carols by Candlelight’ service on Friday, November 29, at 6pm. ‘Stretch Tents’ will erect a tent in front of the Munster Sports Club (next to the squash courts) and the theme will be ‘A winter wonderland’.

Christian Family College pupils, led by Gill Carlow, will act in the nativity play and sing in the choir. Refreshments will be on sale from ‘Fabulous Foods’ and a portion of the profits will go to the school.

Bring a picnic basket, sit on the grass and enjoy the evening. Entrance is free, however, the request is to bring a gift for an aged person, which will be given to The Salvation Army Thembela Eventide Home. A box will be provided at the entrance.
