Music extravaganza for beachgoers

BRING your friends and family and join in on the fun-filled sporting activities at this year’s Hibiscus Coast Summer Beach Festival, which will be held at St Mike’s beach from December 14 to 16.

There will be good entertainment and all day sporting activities such as beach soccer, volleyball, touch rugby and fun family games which will cater for all ages. On December 16, there will be a special walk from Uvongo to St Mike’s beach in awareness of 16 Days of Activism.

The daytime activities will be free, while tickets for the music extravaganza will be R100 for general access and R400 for VIP. Tickets are now available at Computicket outlets, Shoprite and Checkers stores countrywide.

To build on the party vibe, well-known musicians such as Naima K, T-Zozo, Lvovo Derango, S’fiso Ncwane, Afro Soul, Zwake and many more will share the stage.

The festival is hosted by the Hibiscus Coast Municipality, in partnership with the KwaZulu-Natal Government, Ugu South Coast Tourism, Standard Bank South Africa, Ukhozi FM, Ugu Youth Radio, and is coordinated by Cyassound Holdings.
