Ready to run for charity

DON’T miss out on the Bread of Heaven annual run/fun walk and fun day at Jai Hind Primary, this Saturday, June 7.

Some 70 ambassador runners will be taking part in the 15km run. Each ambassador runner is expected to raise a minimum of R1 000 for Bread of Heaven. The marathon will start at Jai Hind Primary at 6.45am. The 10km and 5km run/walk will have an entry fee of R20 per adult and R10 per scholar. The 10km run starts at 8am and the 5km at 8.15am. Medals will be presented to all taking part.

Luckys Sport and Wooley Street Pharmacy are sponsors for the event.

A fun day is also planned for the entire family. There will be food stalls and many other stalls. Some of the fun items include face painting, magic show, talent show, volleyball, tug of war, pizza eating competition, classical dancing and many more.

There will also be free sugar and blood pressure testing conducted by the Shelly Beach Day Hospital.

Entry to the school grounds is free.
