Rock ‘n roll at Lions’ Show

DON’T miss the ‘Mazirlou and the Rockabilly Rebels’ performance at the Lions’ SAB Entertainment Tent at the 2015 South Coast Lions’ Show, Port Shepstone Country Club, on Friday, July 10 from 7pm.

Although guests will be charged the normal Lions’ Show entry fee at the main gate, which allows them access to the entire show for the day, there will be no extra cover charge for the retro rock ‘n roll evening, so come along and listen to some excellent music.

Formed in 2014 by ace guitarist Andy Turrell, the band includes the dynamic Marion Loudon on vocals, the talented Jill Murray-Brown on bass guitar and upright bass and the legendary Francois Hardy on drums and vocals. The rockabilly music they play is timeless and has recently seen a massive worldwide revival by a new generation of young musicians who love the rough-edged country rock sounds of the ’50s.
