Who’s the strongest of them all?

The South Coast Strongman 2013 contest takes place at Superbodies Gym on Saturday, December 14 at 11.30am. Categories include bench press, tyre flipping, deadlifts, car pulling and one surprise weight lift event. The weight categories are under 85kg, 86-95kg and 96-open. Cost is R50 per competitor and a load of prizes are to be won. Registration must be done by Friday, December 13. Late entries will attract an additional fee of R15.
