Workshop on stranded marine animals to be held in Ramsgate

A ‘first response for stranded marine wildlife’ workshop will be held at The Ramsgate Whale Deck in Marine Drive (opposite the Crayfish Inn) on March 24 from 9am to 3pm.

This special workshop is for those who want to know what to do if they find a stranded animal on the beach. Training in first response for the following animals will be provided: Dolphins, seals, whales, penguins, turtles, birds and whale sharks.

Cost is R20 per person and a light lunch will be provided.
