PICS: Wills and diets discussed

An interesting line-up of topics , including healthy food choices and the drafting of wills, were on the agenda at the recent Lighthouse Community Services monthly meeting for seniors. The meeting took place at the Port Shepstone Rehab Centre, and guest speakers included local attorney Jay Rambharos and Port Shepstone Regional Hospital dietician, Marlene Boessenkool.
