Familiar faces are back at coffee shop

A GRAND reopening took place last Saturday where the former owner of Sayidi Coffee Shop in Sea Park, Hedy Morom was welcomed back.

As is often the case with new openings, there were many activities on offer, such as stalls, braaiing, horse rides.

There was certainly an air of excitement about the prospect of a new and bright future for the popular venue.

Hedy said that there is a certain charm about Sayidi that visitors simply can’t ignore.

“It is the reason locals and visitors keep returning in their numbers and probably the reason last weekend’s reopening was so well attended and supported. Everyone got to celebrate and embrace the new beginning for this venue,” she said.
