Inclement weather and dire warnings of heavy showers didn’t put the brakes on the group’s enthusiasm and there was a good turnout for the October car run. Even a couple of topless cars put in an appearance. Fortunately the rain held off and everyone enjoyed the scenic inland drive.

There was also an interesting newcomer to liven up the parade of sports and other cars that took part in the run. Brett Bellenger has acquired a DKW Junior and was pleased to introduce his latest acquisition to his fellow ‘petrol heads’.
