Municipality to assist tertiary students

THE Hibiscus Coast Municipality is offering registration fee assistance to financially needy and academically deserving local students.

Application period is open from January 2 and will close at the end of January.

Documents needed to apply are a matric certificate, the acceptance letter from the university, a certified copy of ID for the applicant, proof of residence, a motivational letter by the applicant, an affidavit on financial standing and official banking details of the relevant institution.

Awarding of these funds will be on a first come first served basis due to the high volume of applications usually received.
