HIBBERDENE Academy welcomes everyone back to school and a special welcome is extended to new teachers, namely, Cynthia Petzer-Moore (intermediate phase), Kwami Quao (senior and FET phases) with Pamela Mthembu handling gr 1. The school is happy to welcome so many new faces and knows that with hard work from pupils and parents, excellent results can be achieved.
The academy is exceptionally proud that the school achieved a 100 percent pass rate for the IEB matric exams for the third year. Congratulations to teachers and pupils on this achievement. For a small school with particularly limited resources, it punches above weight.
There are still a few vacancies throughout the grades and new pupils are welcome to apply for admission as soon as possible, as the year is already in full swing.
