ALL PUPILS and staff are warmly welcomed back to Port Shepstone Senior Primary. A special welcome is extended to all new pupils and parents.
Pupils have settled down well and it is business as usual at the school. The school’s assistant bursar accepted a position at another school and new teacher Kaylin Puckree has assumed this duty. The school welcomes teachers Farzana Adat, Nadia Engar, Talia Wilson and Kaylin Puckree. It is regrettable that the deputy principal Sikhumbuso Mbatha is still on extended sick leave and will not be returning this term – he is wished a speedy recovery from all at Senior Primary.
A special assembly will be held on January 31 to introduce the new monitors for term 1. Grades 4 and 5 parent/orientation meetings were held last week and next week’s schedule is gr 6 on January 28 (classroom based) and gr 7 in the main hall on January 29, both at 5.30pm. Parents are reminded that extramural and sport programmes start on January 27 and pupils will be dismissed at 3pm on those days.
