PORT Shepstone Baptist Church, ideally located on Scott Street, opposite the Port Shepstone Regional Hospital, is a church that caters for all. The word of God is preached weekly.
The church cares about the community and that’s the reason why it has several Bible cell groups with anointed leaders.
Weekly prayer meetings take place every Tuesday at 12pm. The meetings are open to the general public.
The morning and evening Sunday meetings are well attended. As one walks into the sanctuary, one experiences the presence of God.
To reach out into the community the church has a care group that visits residents, hospitals, prisons and terminally ill patients, praying for them in their time of need.
Modern church buildings have a variety of architectural styles and layouts and the Port Shepstone Baptist Church’s tower has the intention of directing the eye of the viewer towards the heavens and inspiring church visitors.
The church also has a very quaint chapel for weddings, baptisms and funerals at a very reasonable price. This chapel is more than 50 years old.
