Izotsha Primary to host high school fair

The U11A team played against Port Edward Primary.

IZOTSHA Primary will host the ‘High School Fair’ at the school’s sports centre today, February 27 from 5 to 7pm. Both pupils and parents from all schools on the South Coast are invited to attend this grand event, where various high schools from all over KwaZulu-Natal display their wares.

The U11A team played against Port Edward Primary at Izotsha and won by 115 runs. Reece Murray made 29 runs, Anthony Dunford 26, and Chad Laycock 24. Chad took six wickets in four overs for eight runs and was awarded man of the match. Margate Primary defeated the Izotsha U11B team, who lost by ten wickets. Jared Jonker made 16 runs.

The interhouse long distance swimming gala was held last Tuesday amidst much jubilation and cheering from spectators. Unfortunately, the main gala scheduled for Friday had to be postponed due to inclement weather.
