THE woman who was shot dead, allegedly by her boyfriend, in Oslo Beach last Thursday has been identified as Sthembile Ngqulunga.
The 38-year-old woman worked for the Department of Transport in Port Shepstone. It’s believed her boyfriend (35) shot her before turning the gun on himself.
“The man has not yet been identified but was a policeman in Pietermaritzburg,” said police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid.
KwaZulu-Natal Transport MEC Willies Mchunu, said he was saddened by the ‘horrific manner’ in which the woman was killed.
