Municipality celebrates 20 years of freedom
There will be discussions on the achievements and challenges faced by today's youth.

ALL young people are invited to the ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ peaceful march which will be held from Izotsha traffic lights to Betania, starting at 8am tomorrow, Saturday, July 19.
The march, organised by the Hibiscus Coast Municipality, is to raise awareness regarding the protection of young girls across the world.
After the march there will be a ’20 years of freedom’ celebration under the theme ‘Youth moving South Africa forward’.
The celebration will help to facilitate a conversation with the youth on the achievements and progress made by the country in youth development over the past 20 years as well as the challenges that still exist.
The celebration will be held at the Betania Sports Ground at 10.30am.
There will be entertainment from local and national artists and transport will be provided. Those interested in attending the event are urged to contact their ward councillors.
