IT was a pleasure to welcome visitor, Dave Lotter from Johannesburg, to Umtentweni Tennis Club last week, and the men enjoyed several really hard-hitting sets during the afternoon.
Chloë Dutton provided mouth-watering watermelon which was a great hit, as well as other eats for tea.
The ‘cherry on the top’ was the apple pie she got specially for Dan Dimitriu’s birthday and placed the candles on it for him to blow out while everyone sang ‘happy birthday’ with great gusto!
Dan also brought a Black Forest cake for the second week in a row as it was his birthday. Thanks Chloë and Dan.
