PORT Shepstone Junior Primary pupils had the unique opportunity of watching a play called ‘Who’s the Boss?’, performed by a professional theatre company from Johannesburg last Wednesday. The show was set in a school environment and pupils were taught many values through acting and humour. They learned that they had to be the ‘boss’ of their own lives, be on time, do their homework, be responsible and study hard – with a positive attitude.
Cricket teams from grades 1, 2 and 3 played in a mini-cricket tournament held at Creston College last Wednesday and good teamwork, cricket skills and sportsmanship were evident throughout the matches. Parents are thanked for their support and teachers are commended for their sterling coaching. Thanks go to Creston College for hosting the tournament.
