Reece and Bruce do Izotsha Primary proud

The school triumphed to win the tournament for the third year in a row.

IZOTSHA Primary is extremely proud of two very young, talented cricket boys, namely Reece Murray and Bruce Bormann, who have been selected for the Southern KwaZulu-Natal final 12 in the U11 age group.

The school took part in the annual 6-a-side cricket tournament hosted by Suid-Natal Primary last Saturday. They played five pool matches against Port Edward, Southcity, Creston, PSSP and SNP, and won all matches except against hosts, Suid-Natal Primary. The final was tight and challenging, but Izotsha Primary triumphed and won the tournament for the third year in a row.

The Lower South Coast gala took place at Southcity last Friday and Izotsha entered 11 swimmers, but the results have not been released yet. Izotsha Junior Primary also hosted an extremely competitive championship gala last week.

Senior pupils are extremely busy with sporting and academic commitments, as many assessments will be taking place over the next two weeks.
