AS THE first school term comes to an end, so do sports fixtures at Port Edward Primary. The U11 and U13 boys’ cricket teams played against Izotsha Primary last week and although both teams lost their games, they played very well and showed great sportsmanship.
The U13 netball girls played at Southcity for the Margate Ward netball trials and Maxime Bainbridge, Tenisha Jacobs, Grace Gouws and Lungaka Gwanya were chosen to play in the second round at Suid-Natal Primary.
Last Friday held great excitement for the foundation phase with a fantastic gala event and the school thanks all parents who attended.
