Daredevil motorist chased down
The driver went to great lengths to avoid getting a ticket for his expired vehicle licence.
EVEN reckless drivers are now being targeted by vigilant crime fighters working in tandem.
Ramsgate CPF, SAPS members and security companies kicked into gear when they saw a man driving in a manner that could have endangered lives last Friday.
Armand van Reenen, from Wolf Security, chased down the vehicle, assisted by Lappies Labuschagne, from Maser Security.
Ramsgate CPF,SAPS members were then alerted via the security response group and also rushed into action.
Morne Kruger, founder of Ramsgate Crime Watch, said the driver had an expired vehicle licence and tried desperately to avoid a ticket.
