PSIS honours the ‘Class of 2015’

All matric pupils received gifts and certificates of excellence.

PORT Shepstone Islamic School entered 2016 on a celebratory note. The annual matric awards dinner held last Friday, January 15 in the school hall was in honour of the matriculants of 2015.

The classy event, hosted by the 2016 gr 12 pupils, was meticulously planned. Guests were treated to a delicious five-course meal served in the hall, which was exquisitely decorated in black, white and gold. All matric pupils received gifts and certificates of excellence.

Dux pupil Swaleha Khan, who obtained seven distinctions, delivered a message on behalf of the ‘Class of 2015’. Tauheeda Abbubakur was presented with the AMS national award for obtaining 98 percent in business studies and placing third provincially.
