MERLEWOOD Primary pupils had a fun-filled Friday dressing up in red. Roses and other St Valentine’s Day gifts were on sale and the junior phase organised a ‘Mr and Miss Valentine’ competition. Great excitement prevailed and competition was tough. Even one of the judges (former Mrs India) Reshika Naicker had difficulty choosing the winners. Eventually three ‘Miss Valentines’ and two ‘Mr Valentines’ were chosen.
