PSHS is a registered eco-school and is currently working towards earning an international flag by building a greenhouse with empty cold drink bottles. The community, pupils and parents are asked to deliver any two-litre cold drink bottles to the school. In the South Coast night series Sheppie High’s first netball team beat Southcity’s second team 14-0 and defeated Suid-Natal High’s first team 10-7. The girls’ first hockey team beat Suid-Natal High’s first team 6-0. The U16 boys’ volleyball team played against Marburg Secondary and won 2-1, but the girls’ team lost 0-2. The first cricket team beat Creston College by six wickets and beat Kokstad College by 144 runs. The first basketball team won 39-28 against New Forest High.
