CRESTON College deputy headmaster Dennis Thomas and senior school staff hosted the 2017/2018 gr 8 open day in the school hall last Thursday. Open days afford prospective parents and pupils a fairly in-depth look around the campus to see the many facilities available to them, both on the sporting and academic front.
The senior team competed in a mixed relay gala against eight other schools in Port Natal, Durban. All swimmers are highly commended for making the school proud with committed performances, exemplary behaviour and excellent spirit. The team swam extremely well and placed second overall. In the relay gala held at Southcity, the senior primary team excelled and won – a fantastic result. Unfortunately many sporting events were either cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather.
