Family robbed in Hibberdene
The armed men fled with several items from the house.
ARMED intruders threatened a Hibberdene family in their home in the early hours of Monday morning this week.
The homeowner (60) heard a noise at the sliding door.
“Another family member went to investigate and found that a group of men, armed with a bush knife and other knives, had entered the house,” said police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid.
“They threatened the residents before fleeing with a TV, DVD, cellphones, cash and other personal items.
No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
