An alleged fight between two operators is believed to have led to the shooting.

A TOW truck operator from Port Shepstone was shot after responding to an accident in Oslo Beach a short while ago.

According to reports from the scene, two vehicles collided on the R102 near the toll plaza.

Breakdown recovery vehicles, one believed to be from Margate and the other from Port Shepstone,  responded to the scene.

A fight between the two operators broke out and one of the tow truck operators was shot, apparently in the arm.

The occupants of the two vehicles involved in the accident were reportedly not  injured.
