THE driver of a bakkie travelling north on the N2 near Scottburgh recently came under fire from a gunman in another vehicle.
The SAPS has yet to comment, but it is currently believed that the driver of the bakkie rushed to the Ultra City on the N2 near Umgababa, where he pulled over in an attempt to evade his pursuer.
The bakkie was hit by multiple times, with one of the rounds narrowly missing the driver.
The driver was not injured.
