A MARGATE man, (38), who is facing four charges ranging from sexual assault to possession of child pornography and using children for/or benefiting from child pornography, is expected to appear in the Port Shepstone Regional Court next Tuesday.
The man, who is currently out on bail, appeared in court on Tuesday this week with his new attorney.
The alleged crimes involve the sexual assault – between May last year and April this year – of his daughters, aged three and five.
Information was received from the British High Commission that the father was involved in the downloading of child pornography.
Members of the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) arrested the man at his Margate home in June this year.
