SHEPPIE High’s year started on a positive note last week with a parents evening for newcomers which provided invaluable information about the various programmes and systems at the school.
There was an excellent attendance and the school extends sincere thanks to all for taking the time to support the event.
Gr 9 pupils took part in a study skills survey which focused primarily on study habits and highlighted skills that channel pupils towards a more effective study method. Gr 8 classes attended a high school readiness programme to identify academic challenges.
The programme provided great insight and guidance for these pupils’ future at the school.
