PORT Shepstone Islamic School’s 2017 academic year commenced smoothly.
Teachers Feisal Raiman and Roger Devnarian ensured that 90 percent of pupils received their textbooks and stationery at the end of 2016.
The school welcomes new pupils and is pleased to announce a 20 percent increase in enrolment.
Teacher Rabia Bux and dedicated pupils have commenced their annual ‘Collect a Can’ campaign.
As part of their social responsibility project, gr 10 pupils provided sandwiches and water to patients at the municipal clinic, as well as to St Martin’s Child and Youth Care Centre, which proved to be a rewarding and enriching experience for all.
