Marburg security guard arrested for rape, porn
The Gamalakhe teenager was offered a lift home but was instead taken to Marburg were she was raped.
A SECURITY guard stationed at Marburg was arrested for rape and possession of pornographic images on his cellphone last Sunday.

According to police spokesman, Captain Gerald Mfeka the guard picked up a girl (13) from Tin Town at the Gamalakhe traffic lights.
He offered to give her a lift home but instead took her to a service station in Marburg.
“He bought her a chocolate, then took her to his place of employment where he sexually assaulted and later raped her,” said Captain Mfeka.

The 40-year-old security guard then dropped the teenager at a shopping complex at Gamalakhe and instructed her to go home.
“The young girl told her guardian what had happened. The two then reported the assault at the Gamalakhe Police Station,” said Captain Mfeka.
Warrant Officer Thulani Ngwabe was assigned to the case and arrested the security guard the same day.
Police examined his cellphone and recovered a number of pornographic images.
His cellphone was confiscated and he appeared in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court on Monday this week.
The case was postponed to February 20 for a formal bail application.
