You are reminded that no crime is ever too small to report to the police
Are you tired of being a victim? Then you need to play your part too.
IF you choose not to report a crime, don’t moan if police vehicles pass you by. It’s also not fair on your neighbors who might be next.
Criminals are not always caught, but police still need this information to help them establish patterns.
After all, they cannot be everywhere at once.

Break-ins, robbery and theft have become the norm in our daily lives. Hence, victims tend to be apathetic about reporting minor incidents.
It’s a case of: ‘Oh just another house broken into… nothing new’.
In truth, this is what happens: “When crimes are reported, the necessary allocation of resources and appropriate policing measures can take place,” said Scottburgh SAPS communications officer, Captain Vincent Pandarum.
Sweeping the matter under the carpet will only be to the perpetrators’ benefit. Use your voice to help alleviate crime.

Nothing was stolen in the first incident.
