Joint effort helps make a difference in scenic Southbroom

Overgrown bush where criminal may lurk was cleared.

South African Police Service (SAPS), residents and Fidelity ADT security recently joined forces to clear the bush in the  hamlet of Southbroom.

“Regular maintenance of bushes in and around your property is a critical preventative measure in keeping criminals at bay. If bushy areas are not maintained they can create ideal places for criminals to hide. We therefore fully support clean up initiatives such as this and hope to be a part of more of these going forward,” says KwaZulu-Natal District Manager for Fidelity ADT, Ivan Govender

“Well done to everyone involved in the bush clearance initiative. It is wonderful to share an impactful synergy with the Southbroom community. It is only through collective efforts that we can continue to make a difference in the fight against crime and the safeguarding of our communities,” concluded Govender.
