WATCH: All hands on deck to save seal stranded on Lucien beach

A subantarctic fur seal washed up on Lucien Beach in the early hours of Tuesday morning this week. The dehydrated male was spotted by two bystanders who notified the NSRI.

A decision was taken for the uShaka Sea World animal health team to remove the seal from the beach and transport it to the rehabilitation centre at uShaka in Durban.
