A woman was found dead in Southbroom in the early hours of this morning, according to Shawn Herbst media liaison officer for Netcare 911.
He added paramedics had responded to reports of a stabbing on the R620 in the Southbroom area at about 1.30am.

“The Netcare 911 paramedic was escorted to an area cordoned off by security personnel. Reports from the scene indicate that a woman believed to be in her thirties had been stabbed multiple times. She was unresponsive and found to have no signs of life,” he said.
Comment from the police is awaited.
